At Unreal Academy, I had the opportunity to attend several inspiring talks from industry leaders showcasing how Unreal Engine is transforming sectors like architecture, aerospace, and automotive. Real-time rendering, in particular, offers a powerful way to bring interactivity to data that has traditionally been static, enabling a more dynamic and engaging presentation. This experience expanded my understanding of the potential applications of Unreal Engine beyond gaming, highlighting its ability to revolutionize industries by enhancing visualization, design processes, and user interaction.
Additionally, I participated in a series of hands-on workshops, most of which focused on the CAD to Game Engine pipeline and optimization techniques. These workshops provided valuable insights into how complex models and assets can be efficiently imported into Unreal Engine, while ensuring performance and visual fidelity. I gained practical experience in optimizing large-scale environments and assets, further refining my skills in real-time rendering and workflow integration for industry-grade applications.
