Projects: I’m in charge of a laser

After extensively using a laser cutter to create a 3D Settlers of Catan, I couldn't resist the opportunity to buy a second-hand cutter, and I’m glad I did! The cutter works amazingly well, and now I'm always on the lookout for new projects to use it for.

I primarily design with Inkscape, a free 2D vector art program, and use K40 Whisperer to transfer files to the cutter. The key challenge, however, is that I don’t have proper ventilation in my flat, so I’m limited to using the cutter on sunny days when I can open the windows and let the fresh air in. Still, it's a fantastic tool, and I’m excited to keep experimenting with new designs!
